Become master of the grill as you learn professional techniques for smoking and grilling. Discover how to create juicy, tender, flavorful cuts of meat and perfectly grilled fruits and vegetables using both direct and indirect heat. Sign up today and take your grilling to a whole new level.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Preparing the grill; making an entire meal on the grill; smoke-roasting; creating crusty grill marks; testing for doneness; using a dry rub and a mop sauce.

Grilling classes may be conducted either indoors or outdoors, depending upon the weather and the individual teaching kitchen facility. All recipes are adaptable and user-friendly for indoor/outdoor cooking. Consult your local store for details.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
