Meet Winemaker Dr. Juan Palomar from Bodega Dominino Buenavista in Granada, Spain. Dr. Palomar will be on hand to present his wine along with a pairing menu crafted by Chef Pete Trusiak. Bodega Domino Buenavista is located on the south bank of Siarra Nevada, in the province of Granada and rests in one of the oldest wine producing areas of Spain. This evening's event will feature seven wines including the Veleta Cava, Vijiriega "Viji" and Cahardonnay blend, Tempranillo Rose, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Nolados and Dessert White. In addition to the wines, we will also be featuring and tasting Veleta's Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sherry Vinegar produced from the same region!(Demonstration)
